Affiliate Program Reporting Guide
The PH dashboard gives you the opportunity and flexibility to view your affiliate reporting data in a variety of ways. This easy to use interface is self-service and provides global reporting with real-time clicks and near real-time transaction data that can be used to optimize your affiliate marketing campaigns on the fly.
The Overview tab provides a snapshot of your program performance with key performance indicators (or KPI’s) listed at the top of your page. This includes Clicks, Items, Payout, Revenue, and EPC (Earnings Per Click). Adjust the date range to view various timeframes of data instantly in the visual graph below. Previous period data and a comparison to the current period are calculated in the small bubble by each KPI.
Below the graph are several widgets, which you can additional adjust by clicking on the small gear icon in the upper right hand corner of each. By doing this, you can change widgets to view Top Countries, Media Types, Products, Campaigns or Types (Free and Paid items). You an also sort this data by different KPI’s in the adjacent dropdown.
Real-Time Data Ticker
If turned on, the real-time data ticker will measure clicks per second in real time. This is optional and can be turned off at any time.
The reporting tab in the PH dashboard allows you to view your affiliate performance data at both high and granular levels as well as provides a variety of pivots to filter your reports. You can also adjust which tracked currencies are displayed as well as select a single output currency to streamline currency values.
The ‘Group By’ dropdown menu allows you to choose the metric you would like to have reflected in the Reporting Graph. This also means that any pivot categories you add will be sorted and prioritized by this metric.
There is also a ‘Grouping’ dropdown in the Reporting Table that allows you to see an even further breakdown of your activity by day, week, and month. All you need to do is select the grouping option, click on the row of the metric you would like a breakdown of, and the report will display in the ‘Conversion Items’ table below.
Multi-Pivot Category Filters
Adding multiple pivot categories allows you to fine tune the data you are viewing. You can now add these pivots modularly and remove them on the fly without disrupting the presentation of your data. Categories include:
- Publisher (account level)
- Media Types (primary categories including Apps, Music, Books, Movies, TV and more)
- Campaign (optional category, campaign token names you use in your tracking links)
- Products (individual product types, i.e. Apple Music memberships)
- Type (free or paid items)
Downloading Your Reports
There are several ways you can export your affiliate data.
To download a copy of the report, click on the blue button in the ‘Reporting Table’ and select the report you would like to export. This report by default will be sent to the email listed in your account settings, however you can also manually input an email of your choosing in the indicated field under “Download Options.” Once you have done so, click on the ‘Download’ button associated with either the Pivot or Items-level report you wish to output via email.
Other reporting export options include CSV files, as well as JSON and XML API links you can grab directly from the Report Download Options interstitial. Simply copy and paste the link in you browser window for a direct download.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the differences between ‘Pending’ and ‘Approved’ transactions in my Reporting Table?
These types of transactions were implemented with our near real-time sales reporting feature. This means you can monitor your campaigns in near real-time, enabling you to optimize your affiliate account for increased revenue opportunities by viewing pending transactions that have not yet been billed to the customer referred by your affiliate link.

How can I change the timezones for my reporting?
All data can be displayed in the time zone of your choosing and you can select which day of the week your reporting starts for any preset weekly reports. To modify your day of week or time zone settings:
- Go to Settings > Publisher
- Under Account Settings, choose an option from the menu for Reporting Time Zone and Week Start
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply
